YuanPin Cell Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the storage of human biological resources such as stem cells and immune cells, the production and preparation of cell preparations and derivative products, clinical research on cell technologies, cell therapy and clinical translation, as well as biomedicine big data management.
YuanPin pioneered the development of China’s first dedicated stem cell industrial park — the Central South YuanPin Stem Cell Technology Park — built in accordance with industry construction standards and stem cell industrialization platform requirements.
The company also operates government-certified facilities including the Hunan Provincial Cell Tissue Bank, Hunan Provincial Cell Preparation Center, and the Hunan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine.

Central South YuanPin Stem Cell Technology Park
Hunan Province Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park
With an investment of 1.5 billion RMB, YuanPin Bio has built the Central South YuanPin Stem Cell Technology Park, covering 50 mu (approx. 33,000 m²) with a total construction area of 43,200 m².
As China's first dedicated stem cell and regenerative medicine science park, it houses the Hunan Provincial Cell Tissue Bank, capable of storing over 5 million stem cell samples; the Hunan Provincial Cell Preparation Center, producing 100,000 clinical-grade stem cell preparations annually (meeting EU cGMP B+/A-level cleanroom standards); and a leading Cell Quality Control Center.
The park integrates the entire industry chain—from cell storage and preparation to clinical translation and application.
Hunan Provincial Cell Tissue Bank
Jointly approved by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Department of Science and Technology, Health Commission, and Drug Administration, the facility was built in strict accordance with the “Cell Bank Quality Management Standards” issued by the China Biotech Association in 2017.
The ultra-low temperature cell and tissue storage zone covers 3,000㎡, with a storage capacity of over 5 million cell samples.
It is fully equipped with Thermo Fisher programmable freezers, ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen tanks, and a remote safety alarm system, as well as an automated nitrogen supply system, full monitoring system, oxygen level alarm system, and multiple power backup systems—ensuring safe and reliable storage of cell and tissue samples.
Hunan Provincial Cell Preparation Center
Jointly approved by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Department of Science and Technology, Health Commission, and Drug Administration, the center was built in strict accordance with EU cGMP standards and the“Self-Disciplinary Guidelines for Quality Management of Stem Cell Preparation” issued by the China Biotech Association in 2016.
It meets EU cGMP standards and operates as a B+A level clinical-grade cell preparation facility, capable of producing over 100,000 cell preparations annually.
The preparation area features a B+A cleanroom environment, with PM2.5 levels close to zero, an online particle monitoring system to track airborne particles in real time, and more than 80 air changes per hour to ensure a highly sterile production environment.
Cell Quality Management and Control Center
In strict accordance with the “Cell Bank Quality Management Standards (2017)” and the “Self-Disciplinary Guidelines for Quality Management of Stem Cell Preparation (2016)”, the center conducts standardized cell quality testing.
It rigorously implements quality control (including cell and material inspection, and environmental monitoring) and quality assurance throughout the production process to ensure the safety and efficacy of cell products.
Institute of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine
Focusing on stem cell technology, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine, the institute is dedicated to advancing clinical research and application of cell therapies.
Its laboratories are designed to international standards and co-built with medical institutions such as Hunan Normal University Affiliated Hospital and The Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China.
The 3,000㎡ central laboratory can support 11 to 16 scientific teams conducting stem cell and regenerative medicine research simultaneously.
Biological Health Information Database
It will compile vast data on genomics, cell biomarkers, cytokines, cell differentiation, and clinical applications of stem cell technologies, building a Biological Health Information Database that provides critical support for scientific research, health management, precision medicine, and industry development.
Stem Cell Clinical Translation Center
Built to tertiary hospital standards, the flagship Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Hospital focuses on orthopedics and reproductive medicine, with cell technology at its core.
It enables a fully integrated industry chain within the park—covering stem cell storage, R&D, production, clinical translation, and health management.
